We operate Neural Infrastructure accounts on platforms such as LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, and we use those platforms’ official APIs to publish our own content to our own accounts. Our tools do not collect, store, or process other users’ personal data from those platforms; engagement information stays within each platform and its terms.

Data retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our business records, and analytics data per Google Analytics’ standard retention settings. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
